This inquiry aims to assure and ameliorate the quality of teaching in educational institutions in the process of implementing the internal inspect continuity with the nomenclature based on audit findings CBR (Case Base of operations Reasoning). Because at that place are times when the auditor is less precise in determining the advisable classification level in giving findings on the findings resulting from the inspect procedure itself. Levels of these findings consists of Major and Minor deficiency findings deficiency findings. In the digital age that is increasingly sophisticated, that take an impact on all aspects of our daily lives, one of them is on the filing system on the experience the more effective and efficient, which previously used the closet as storage media, we can at present utilize electronics as the storage media archives. Application of the method of filing electronically in an institution is required to support the activities of archiving that achieved effectiveness and efficiency in the management, every bit well as beingness able to secure the archives that have important information or value for its users. In the implementation of an electronic archive, type of media used all kinds such as E-mail, DVD 's, microfilm and other electronic media. To support the activities of the application required a good infrastructure and facilities for monitoring and maintenance so that the planned goals are achieved. It also needed a system that is advisable for the application that is executed is supported by personnel competent in the field of archiving, as well every bit having the skills and capabilities that support the implementation of electronic filing.

According to the increasing of human necessity, Development of technology accept to bring the same increasing in order to support and facilitate every activeness in all sorts of the human life. Cyberspace is the i of the real result from the development of technology. Indonesia Wi-Fi is a public internet network server based on Wi-Fi/Hotspot technology developed by TELKOM Group and other related operator to the TELKOM enterprise. Portal website of Indonesia Wi-Fi is used every bit a portal for user to connect the internet network. In club to develop this portal website for the better service, a correct and pledge information. The quality in employ of this portal website have to be evaluated. One of the standards can exist used to evaluate this portal website is ISO/IEC 9126-iv Effectiveness metrics. ISO/IEC 9126-4 Effectiveness metrics is an international standard published by ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) and IEC (International Electro-technical Commission) to measure out the quality in apply of software in effectiveness aspect. In this research, portal website of Indonesia Wi-Fi measured using ISO/IEC 9126-iv Effectiveness metrics. The measurement result show score one in Job Effectiveness metric, score one in Job Completion metric and score ane in Error Frequency metric. The results prove that portal website of Indonesia Wi-Fi is proficient quality using ISO/IEC 9126-iv Effectiveness metrics measurement.

Lampung Bay is ane of the precious natural elements in Bandar Lampung. PSTN phone is static. However, with the development of Android based device, wireless computer network and minimum organisation, information technology is possible to make a PSTN telephone mobile. To add the mobility behavior in PSTN phone, a research to develop Android based PSTN phone is needed. Android based device will act as a remote control for the PSTN phone and can be used to make and have a phone call from distance.This paper elaborates the Android based PSTN telephone pattern. To test the arrangement performance, two parts of testing are performed. First is testing the Android based PSTN phone remote control system and 2nd is testing the digital vocalisation streaming system between Android device and minimum arrangement using UDP protocol over wireless computer network. PSTN telephone remote control system is tested for its functionality while digital voice streaming organisation is tested for its quality by giving a sinusoidal point to the system and comparing the input signal with output signal using oscilloscope.Co-ordinate to the test, Android based PSTN phone prototype is able to make a connection and disconnection of Android device (as client) with microcontroller (as server), make a connection with auto server discovery system, make a call, receive a call, and use redial and hold functions with 100% success rate in certain condition. Withal, it is shown that the quality of vox sent from Android telephone to Arduino module is poor due to the limited size of buffer in Arduino, simply on the other style around the quality of vocalism sent from Arduino to Android phone is good.

One of the furnishings of evolution and growth in urban areas is the increasing number of vehicles from year to year . Improved transportation needs to support the activities of the community , the problems faced by large cities today . Along with these problems , the most crucial in the presence of the number of vehicles is the trouble of congestion .Vehicle congestion and full-bodied on a spot will crusade air pollution . Air pollution comes from motor vehicle frazzle emissions incorporate toxic substances that are harmful to human wellness , among others , CO, HC, CO2, SOx, NOx, PM10 .JICA report said 70 % of air pollution occurs in urban contributed from motor vehicles , and the remaining 30% are acquired by industrial and household activities .Based on these facts , the government sought to continue to make prevention of air pollution in accordance with the mandate of Constabulary No. 32/2009 nearly Protection and Management of the Environs and Government Regulation No. 41/1999 about Air Pollution Command. In addition , more specific regulation No.5/MENLH/2006 , regulates the Threshold Motor Vehicle Exhaust Emissions that can be used every bit a legal basis then that exhaust emissions from motor vehicles do not pollute the air . Air pollution control efforts are primarily aimed at improving air quality for man life.Referring to the importance of the above problems , this study volition examine the effect of vehicle emissions on air quality in Urban and Sub- Urban areas in the city of Bandar Lampung.This study uses primary and secondary information , which begins with a review of the concept of the evolution of Bandar Lampung urban center transport organisation , and so assay the influence of motor vehicle exhaust emissions , especially gas CO , SO2 and NO2 air quality in urban and sub-urban aras.The results of this study will bear witness how much influence the motor vehicle exhaust emissions on ambient air quality in urban and sub-urban areas . It is expected Bandar Lampung city government tin adopt policies to reduce air pollution from transportation Activities.

Current development in Surakarta downtown today indicates that traditional markets take improved themselves in both physical and not-concrete aspects. Various revitalization efforts have been made past the regime and traders community to improve services and comfort of traditional markets. The efforts start from the market façade revitalization, restoration and the overall development of marketplace; upward to social activities, competition between traders or large celebrations in the neighbourhood market. This enquiry was conducted in Surakarta, which is aimed at: identifying the role of traditional market revitalization efforts in the development of a city. This study employs several methods of analysis, namely: i) Spatial analysis for mapping the distribution of traditional markets in the city constellation, 2) Category-Based Analysis (CBA) to classify the revitalization of traditional markets that has an influence in the development of the metropolis, and 3) Interactive Method of Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the presence of a constellation of traditional markets in Surakarta is dominated by the presence of Gede Market, non only as the oldest traditional market, but too as a center of economic and socio-cultural activities of the community. The function of traditional market place revitalization in the development of a town is every bit an Urban Catalyst towards a MICE metropolis in the sense that the revitalization effort, even washed in a relatively short time and not however covering the overall objects, is able to establish brand paradigm of Surakarta every bit a urban center of culture which is friendly and ready to be MICE tourism city.
