Easy Watermelon and Feta Summer Salad

This quick recipe has go my get to lunch lately…to make upward for all of those french fries and (blueberry) cheesecake slices I've been devouring. And information technology's definitely a expert ane to endeavour on a hot day. Which is now literally every day here in Atlanta. Or brand a big batch for the Quaternary of July weekend.
Ingredients:
– watermelon
– crumbled feta
– 1 lemon
– romain lettuce
– sea salt
– croaky pepper
Instructions:
For a single serve salad, wash iii-4 large leaves of lettuce and pat dry. Cutting upwards a skilful amount of small to medium sized chunks of watermelon, to your liking. Add to salad. I'one thousand pretty into watermelon, and so I cut up fifteen-20 small pieces. Next, cutting a lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice on top of the salad. Add crumbled feta and sprinkle with bounding main common salt and cracked pepper. Relish!
